At the same time, the design of domestic tank car tanks has various forms, which also increases the difficulty of airtight loading.
With the strengthening of national environmental regulations on the supervision of oil and gas emissions, and the need to save energy and reduce losses, oil and gas recovery in domestic petrochemical companies is imperative. After a long-term research, our company has developed a ZUO type gas recovery sealing cover that can solve the loading operations on cars and trains according to the current status of domestic canning operations.

1. Conical sealing cap



The tapered sealing cap relies on the sealing of gravity and tapered rubber surface in order to achieve the effect of sealing different tank cars. However, this type of sealing cap does not meet the requirements of sealed loading in actual use. The main reason is that the roundness of the tank mouth will change with the growth of the use period, and the role of volatile oil and gas in the tank loading process is upward. The force is a variable value, which is often much greater than the weight of the sealing cap. Therefore, the oil and gas lifts the vehicle cover, which cannot guarantee the sealing effect of the entire process of loading.

2. Gravity sealing cap



Gravity seal caps rely on the role of gravity and flat gaskets in order to achieve the sealing effect during the loading process. This type of sealing cap is similar to the conical sealing cap. The upward force of the volatile oil and gas during the loading process in the tank is a variable value, which is often much greater than the weight of the sealing cap. Therefore, the oil and gas lifts the car cover and cannot guarantee the entire process of loading. Sealing effect. At the same time, the flat gasket cannot meet the sealing requirements due to the deformation of the vehicle mouth and the sinking of the vehicle body during loading.

1. Avoiding the car mouth cover

The role of Maza: There are various ways of obstructing the contact between the sealing surface and the tank mouth of various automobile tank mouths, including upper shielding, left and right front and rear shielding. The role of Maza is to raise the canister of the car to a position above the flip height of the canister. Maza can be installed integrally with the crane pipe according to the requirements, or can be placed on the platform independently during the oil loading operation.

2. Overcome the sinking of heavy vehicles

The role of the balancer: When the car is empty to heavy, it will inevitably sink. The conventional seal will cause the sealing surface to separate from the tank mouth and cause leakage. The balancer can automatically compensate for a certain amount of displacement when the tank mouth is displaced downwards, and the crane pipe ensures a certain ascent space.

3. Solve the problem of different sizes of cans

The most common tank truck caliber is 250mm-280mm. A kind of sealing cap can be used, and the smaller tank mouth diameter is 220mm and the larger tank mouth diameter is 300mm. Two methods can be used: 1. Each crane is equipped with three kinds of soft pads and placed on the platform for standby. During operation, place the cushion on the can opening before operating. Second, different sealing caps can be used at different crane positions according to the oil delivery frequency.

4. Solve the problem of crane tube insertion angle

The working range of the crane pipe is called the envelope, and the crane pipe can work within this range. The angle at which the drop tube extends into the tank truck will affect the seal. The balancer can compensate for a certain angular displacement. The length of the vertical pipe can be shortened by using the telescopic vertical pipe to reduce this angle, and this angle can also be adjusted by rotation to ensure vertical extension in various situations. The design of the crane tube can solve these problems, but it is necessary to increase the function of the crane tube according to the site situation. If the balancer is sufficiently compensated, there is no need to increase it.

5. Solve the problems of uneven mouth and deformation of the mouth

The balancer can compensate for this angle, and the special cushion can ensure the sealing of the sealing surface.

6. Solve the problem of the upward force of the crane tube During the uploading operation, the crane tube is inevitably subjected to upward force, the reaction force of the liquid flow, and the pressure of the gas. The crane's own weight is not enough to compensate for this force. Therefore, the crane tube must increase the outer arm locking. This situation of the train is more serious and requires a more reasonable design, using a latch type locking device; the lower the lifting force in automotive operations, the lower the outer arm locking requirements, the ordinary locking can be used on the diameter of the small crane tube : 120mm height: 300mm
