Danofoloxain ELISA Kit Instructions for Use

This kit is for research use only. 1 Purpose of use: This kit is used for quantitative detection of danofloxain residues in feed, fish, shrimp and meat tissues (such as chicken, beef and pork), serum and urine samples. 2 Experimental principle The kit uses a competitive ELISA method, coated with danofloxain antigen in a microplate, added danofloxain standard or sample, free danofloxain The Danofloxain-conjugated antigen pre-coated with the Danofloxain-conjugated antigen on the microporous strip competes with the Danofloxain abzyme label, and the color is changed with the TMB substrate. The color changes from blue to the stop solution. It is yellow and detected by a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450 nm. The absorbance is inversely proportional to the amount of danofloxain in the sample. The content of danofloxain in the sample is calculated by a standard curve.
