The certification system mainly includes the following.
(1) ISO9001 quality management system: This is the minimum requirement for the inspection. (2) ISO14001 Environmental Management System: The customer requires effective prevention and control of dangerous goods, chemicals, waste water, waste gas, waste residue, etc.
(3) QC08000 standard: The customer requires strict control of hazardous substances. If the packaging manufacturer has passed the RoHS system certification, or all materials have passed the EN71 test or the REACH 46 tests, this can basically meet the customer's inspection requirements. (4) OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety System: When the customer is inspecting the factory, the employee's labor protection, labor insurance supplies, fire protection, work injury, medical examination, insurance, etc. must be verified.
(5) HACCP management system: The customer requires the packaging manufacturer to carry out corresponding pest control to the surrounding environment and production workshop, and to effectively monitor the hygiene of the workshop.
(6) GSV anti-terrorism: The customer requests that the product be stored in a fully enclosed warehouse or a fully enclosed, isolated workshop area, requiring effective management and control of the weapon.
(7) SA8000 social responsibility standard: customers require packaging manufacturers not to hire child labor and prisoners, do not allow discrimination, do not allow sweatshops, do not allow inspection materials to be opaque, etc., and customers have zero tolerance for these requirements. If the packaging manufacturer finds that one of the packaging products does not meet the requirements, the inspection will not pass.
For the above seven systems, if the packaging manufacturers have passed the third-party authoritative certification, the customer can also not conduct the inspection, only need to verify the materials.
Provide technical support to customers
To provide customers with cosmetic packaging solutions, in addition to a standardized internal management system, packaging manufacturers need to have certain technical strength, and can provide some design solutions and process plans that satisfy customers or have reference value.
