The writer Erich Kaestner (1899-1974), a Saxon German soul. During the years of war that he dealt with painstakingly, he confronted the inhumanity of the Nazis and persisted in the motherland and wrote the verses above.

In 1899, Ehrlich Kastner was born in Dresden. He was a child of a poor family who turned a blind eye to childhood. His father, who was a mechanic in the luggage factory, went to the streets with other workers and was beaten by police. At the beginning of the 20th century, Dresden, the spark of democracy opposed to the imperial power, began to spread and labor-management conflicts were also to be missed. Kerstner grew up day by day, slowly fell in love with one thing, is to go to Augustine's uncle home. Uncle's house is located in Albert Square, is a perfect place to observe the four streetscape. He often climbed the uncle's home wall, condescending to observe the people coming and going on the road, things up. For him, this is a free and peaceful time and a good opportunity to understand the world. But the good news is not long. With the advent of World War I, peace ends abruptly. In his autobiography "When I was a kid," Keistner wrote in 1957: "When World War came, my childhood was gone."

Kesitner's children's creation, the first named "Emile Alsophila", in 1929 has been published and started. The illustrated children's novel reveals the problems that exist in European society by the famous liberals and female translator Edith Jacobsohn. After its publication in Berlin, the novel quickly became a bestseller, selling over two million copies, translated into 59 languages and made into a movie. It is not an exaggeration to say that "Emile Thief" laid the cornerstone for Kesitner's role as a child's writer in the future.

Kistenau's second child novel, Little Afternoon and Andong, published in 1931, especially the "Flying Classroom" published in 1933, more and more clearly addresses the social malpractices, discourages good and evil, and has great social criticism effect. It is precisely because of this, Kesitner repeatedly banned in World War II in Germany. However, he ignored the warning and continued to publish works such as the "Amir and Triplets" in 1934 and the "Vanishment" in 1935. Much of his books were felled by the Nazis' withdrawal and burning.

Kassener did not welcome the second spring of his creation until the end of World War II. Although he once said that writing children's literature is nothing more than a crooked fight, he possesses extraordinary achievements in children's literature after the war, attracting worldwide attention and winning awards continuously. In 1949, he published Animal Meetings and Two Little Loots. The former is a political fairy tale that conveys the message that all countries in the world should live in harmony. The latter, in the story of a family comedy, urges adults to curb self-interest and give their children a happy childhood.

In addition to children's works, Kesitner has a large number of literary creations, including poetry and prose, all his life. The son of Saxon who witnessed two world wars, on July 29, 1974, sleeps in the southern German city of Munich. But Saxon did not forget him, and Dresden did not forget him, his hat, his famous remarks in the book, his head-mounted gesture, cast bronze, was frozen in time to make the Elbe people, forever Remember him.
