Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery Launches Net Heavy Filling Machine

Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery recently introduced the 3500 Series Net Heavy Filler, which is designed for the filling of food, chemical products and pharmaceuticals. Filling is based on weight rather than capacity.

Due to the high precision required for the filling of expensive products, this series is particularly suitable for the filling of this type of product, which can reduce the losses that may be caused during the filling process and is suitable for the filling of containers of any size.

The feature of this equipment is that the filling screw drill quickly fills about 90% of the total weight, and then switches to "drip" mode until the final filling accurate value is reached.

The system is equipped with a midway adjustment function that can adjust the filling parameters through the operating software, maintain the repeatability of the filling, and avoid leakage and waste of expensive products.
