Transparent blown film PP

Basell has developed a PP random copolymer resin Clyrell RC 1314 for transparent blown film applications. The internal structure of the copolymer contains PP, PE, and polyolefin and is manufactured using the basell Spheizone process. In addition to having good optical properties, the resin has good stiffness, less granules, and low odor. The resin has good heat sealing performance and is suitable for use as a multilayer film and transparent food packaging film. Special uses include the packaging of baked goods (such as cookies), vegetables, and textiles.
