In order to further standardize the inspection and acceptance of synthetic surface layers on track and field in the country and provide better services for the community, the China Athletics Association has provided guidance and inspections for the construction and construction of composite surface layers for the track and field in China in accordance with the relevant regulations of the International Association of Athletics Associations. acceptance. Only track and field fields with the Chinese Athletics Association acceptance certificate will be able to hold track and field competitions at or above the provincial level.

The construction, testing and acceptance of the synthetic surface of track and field venues were conducted in accordance with the 2003 version of the International Association of Athletics Associations Manual for Track and Field Facilities. In response to the problems found during the site acceptance work in the previous period, the following issues to be noted in site construction and inspection are proposed:

I. Site Design: The design of track and field venues must meet the requirements of the IAAF Track and Field Facilities and Facilities Standards Manual and the Chinese Athletics Association's Rules for Track and Field Competition. The original rule lane width was 1.22±0.01 to 1.25±0.01 meters, and the new rule had been changed to 1.22±0.01 meters. The 3000m barrier in the inner pool has been changed to the straight design between the entering and exiting curves, and the arc design has been abolished. The 3,000-meter obstacle, especially the 3000-meter obstacle in the inner pool, has more problems. The main problem is that there are many problems with the size of the pool. The length and width of the pool are all 3.66 meters. However, the length of the pool is 3.66 meters which is 0.127 meters wide including the obstacle rack, that is, the actual length of the pool is 3.533 meters. The second is that many sites have cement grooves in the inner edge of the pool in order to put on the steel frame. This is not allowed. Third, the positioning of the pool is inaccurate. The standard location of the inner pool should be 3.80 meters away from the center line of the central axis. However, many pools have large gaps in acceptance. If so, the positions of the columns must change.

In the construction of track and field venues in primary and secondary schools, the teaching characteristics of primary and secondary schools should be taken into consideration. The long jump and triple jump springboard settings must take into account the student's ability. Some program schools do not have a syllabus and students do not use it. They may consider not including these items at the time of construction. Such as 3000 meters barrier, pole vault, hammer and discus venues.

Second, the construction process: construction process in the entire construction process is very important. Whether the edge of the track and field field is regular, whether the sand pit, springboard, and hopper are flush with the runway, and whether the particles are spread evenly will affect the overall sense and effect of the track and field venue.

Third, the point line: point line problem is also encountered in the acceptance of more problems, one error occurs too much, because the construction is not carefully caused. Second, the line drawing and color are not drawn in accordance with the standards of the IAAF. The third is that the burrs and imaginary edges of the spurts are too much. This is mainly caused by the mold not being pressed when the spray line.

Fourth, the flatness: flatness in the track and field site acceptance problems also appear more. A lot of flatness problems are caused by the foundation construction, but the surface construction did not attract attention. If the foundation construction is completed, the surface construction party must check the flatness of the foundation and adjust it during surface construction. Many problems can be avoided.

Fifth, the thickness of the surface layer thickening

Long jump thickened area: 20±2 mm S=8m×1.22 m, 2m before the springboard

Triple jump thickening zone: 20±2 mm, S=13m×1.22 m, starting from springboard to sand pit

Pole vault high-thickening zone: 20±2 mm, S=8m×1.22 m, 8 meters behind the insertion

High jump area: 20±2 mm, S=3m×5 m, before the sponge bag

Javelin thickened area: 20±2 mm, S=8m×4 m, throwing arc backward 8×4 meters

3000 meters barrier pool: 25±2 mm. Pool floor area

The 100-meter and 110-meter hurdles in the starting area will be removed.

Failure to meet the above criteria means that acceptance of this auxiliary facility is unacceptable and formal competition cannot be held. Please drill enough depth in the foundation construction or after the construction, and then carry out the construction of the plastic surface layer.

7. Long-distance bunkers such as long jumps, throwing laps, pole vaulting and inserting point buckets, and 3000-meter obstacle pools shall be provided with drain outlets. The shot throwing angle has been changed to 34.92°, and the 75 cm extension line outside the throwing circle diameter has to meet the standard requirements.

8. Although the track width, length jump and pole vault of the Tianshang project are both 1.22 meters wide, the track width includes the right hand line, and the right track is 5 centimeters wide and the actual net width is 1.17 meters; The net width of the runway, triple jump and pole vault in the runway is 1.22 meters; the length of the long jump and triple jump is 1.22 meters. It is just installed in the runway, but some of them are biased, and some are under pressure. As the runway was too wide for more than 1.22 meters, it was wrong for the stepping board to leave the white line some distance away.

9. The extension of the javelin throwing arc is 75 centimeters long. It should not include 5 centimeters of the width of the runway edge. Some corporate constructors have included the width of the side track of the runway, which is 5 centimeters worse. Some javelin-aided runway areas retain water holes and pose potential safety hazards.

X. Some synthetic surfaces are visually unsatisfactory due to the fact that the color is not uniform enough, the surface is not evenly sprayed, the embossed composite surface embossing is not uniform enough, and the seams are distinct and not sufficiently firm and straight.

Eleventh, from the submitted site acceptance data, some of the plastic surface layer physical and chemical properties of the test report is not standardized. Physical and chemical performance test reports can use copies, but the text and seal must be clear. The China Athletics Association will notify the East China University of Science and Technology Synthetic Runway Testing Laboratory (CEE/3187) and the Shijiazhuang National Sports Goods Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Electrical). Each test report shall be promptly faxed to the China Athletics Association for verification and confirmation. To send inspection experts to the site acceptance. The test sample submitted by the constructor or contractor must indicate whether the venue is accepted by the China Athletics Association. The testing of physical and chemical properties of plastic surfaces on a track and field venue can only be sent to the East China University of Science and Technology for synthetic track test.

XII.
