China's 3D printing faucet - Rapid Manufacturing National Engineering Research Center will build Chongqing 3D Printing Rapid Intelligence Innovation Center in Yongchuan, and is committed to forming a national 3D printing digital intelligent industrialization demonstration base. Recently, Yongchuan District has signed investment agreements with 15 robotics and intelligent equipment companies and R&D institutions including the Rapid Manufacturing National Engineering Research Center.
It is understood that Chongqing 3D Printing Rapid Intelligence Innovation Center will be built by Lu Bingheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. According to the agreement, the project includes innovative creative design and testing center, 3D printing center (3D data processing center), rapid mold technology application center, rapid casting technology application center, intelligent equipment technology research center, 3D printing innovation entrepreneurial cultivating center, 8 centers including education and training centers and results transformation and incubation centers (e-commerce platforms).
Based on these 8 centers, in the future, Chongqing 3D Printing Rapid Intelligence Innovation Center will carry out related technical services and technical consulting for aerospace, military, automotive and auto parts, health care, cultural creativity and rapid manufacturing, and rapid manufacturing. Technical personnel training, as well as research and development and transformation of new technologies and new products, and incubation services.
At the same time, it will gradually create a medical health industry development center, 3D printed materials research center (composite materials), 3D printing equipment research center (metal forming, core parts, etc.); build a 3D printing industry breeding base, and gather 3D industry-related enterprises, Form a complete industrial chain, and strive to become a national 3D printing digital intelligent industrialization demonstration base.
It is reported that the center strives to put into trial operation before the end of January 2016. The industry believes that after the project is completed and put into operation, it will promote the city's 3D printing innovation and intellectual industry cultivation and high-tech industry development. At present, the robot and intelligent equipment industry in Yongchuan District has 96 enterprises and research institutions, and is accelerating the formation of an industrial ecological chain integrating R&D, manufacturing, integration, testing and service.
