Three of Orevac PE's four new grades are particularly suitable for use in multilayer structures containing EVOH as a carrier layer. These are: Orevac 18360, which is suitable for the production of blown film and bottles, and orevac 18370 and overac 18380, which are suitable for the production of cast films requiring excellent adhesion on high-speed production lines. Another adhesive, branded as Overac 18365, was specifically developed to contain an amide-supported multilayer structure suitable for the production of blown films, cast films, and blow molded bottles.

The company claims that this series of "interlayer" adhesives allow processors to produce multilayer structures with better performance and higher yields. The company also developed the oxidation copolymer Kynar Flex PPA can be used as a processing aid for polyolefin extrusion (forming low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene, polypropylene), especially for film molding. The use of very low additions, typically 0.02%-0.08%, can increase processing speed while reducing energy consumption, temperature, and pressure. The product also helps prevent clogging of equipment, especially droplets and spots on the production line. The copolymer also enhances the transparency and mechanical properties of the film, eliminating “shark skin” freckle and melt fracture on the surface of the product.
