Stones of Other Hills - French Mountain Relief [Photos]

It happened to help the Chinese Association for Friends to collect some information on the French climbing system and learn about the master rescue system in the Shamnni region. Only the Alpine police force of Shamny, there are helicopters, search dogs and 50 professional police officers. Most of them are qualified as alpine guides. They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is just a region. Such a rescue system is based on the well-developed alpine tourism market.

My feeling is that such a system requires time and many resources to be possible. The Chinese people have the privilege of having so many beautiful mountains, and unfortunately they have not built a truly effective rescue system for a long time. It is possible that the Siguniang Mountain area is full of tourists and rock climbing and adventures become popular activities. However, when it came to that time, most of the people here felt that they did not have real “stimulus”.

When you are envious of others, you still have to learn a lot and really take safety seriously. It is not a shameful thing to give a scary turn on the mountain. Instead, it is a respectable daring to give up! To be adventurous, there must be a cautious and conservative attitude, the so-called 'careful 10,000 years boat.' Boats, what they want to do, attitudes, and methods to be conservative, must be cautious.

Alpine Police Force

They are responsible for the emergency rescue work in the Alps in the center of Mont Blanc. The two teams of Shamny and Ansi have to perform more than 1,000 rescue missions each year, and more than half of the accidents occur in the summer. For example, in 2001, they dispatched a total of 1,138 times, involved 75 fatal accidents, and successfully rescued 1,421 people.

The Alpine Police Force specializes in dealing with extreme situations. They are on standby 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All rescue orders must be performed at any location and at any time. Shamny and Anxi have two teams equipped with helicopters at any time. Each team includes a helicopter pilot, two search and rescue workers, and a medical staff from a local hospital or military medical school. With a helicopter, the rescue team can reach rescue sites in any place in the mountains within 25 minutes.

Since its establishment in 1958, the Chamonix Alpine Police has rescued more than 11,000 trapped tourists or climbers.
