Recycling of phenolic plastics

The main filler used in waste phenolic plastics is added to phenolic plastics, and the overall performance of materials added with waste phenolic plastics has been reduced, especially in the case of no-notch impact strength. Even if the added amount is only 5%, the unnotched impact strength may even be reduced by 35%. The addition of waste phenolic particles has a large impact on performance, and small particles of waste phenolic can improve material properties. The material added with waste aldehyde plastic material has improved notched impact strength, and the bending performance, dielectric strength, water absorption and heat distortion temperature remain basically unchanged.
