1. Do not use excessive amounts of dry oil. Dry oil should be added flexibly according to factors such as climate and paper. Dry red oil has a strong surface film-forming property. If it is added too much, it may make the ink crust too fast, so that the imprinting cannot be really dry; in addition, the linking material is slowly and completely absorbed by the paper fibers.
2. In the preparation of gold ink, the ratio of gold powder and gold transfer oil should be determined depending on the actual situation, such as paper smoothness, evenness, ink absorption and so on. The gold transfer oil consists of phenolic resin, dry oil, mineral oil, and the like. The increase in the proportion of gold transfer oil will increase the overall liquidity and transferability of gold ink, but if the proportion of gold transfer oil is too large, it will reduce the gloss of gold ink; while increasing the amount of gold powder will make gold ink shine Increase, but inevitably will reduce the gold ink transfer performance.
Therefore, it is recommended that manufacturers add appropriate amount of gold oil or bright paste in gold ink, and control the amount of red and dry oil added to solve the problem of incomplete printing. After the re-modulated gold ink was printed on the machine, the ink layer easily peeled off. For coated paper with strong ink absorbency, it can be used to make a base, add a small amount of yellow or white ink to the ink, or print a layer of varnish after printing the ink. For paper with high smoothness, it can be solved by adding gold oil or bright paste.
