1 Introduction

Weapon maintenance equipment refers to various materials required for the maintenance and matching of weapons and equipment. It is the material basis for equipment support and an important factor that affects the intact rate and combat effectiveness of equipment. In accordance with the military strategy guidelines for the new period and the needs of combat missions in Taiwan, the headquarters has determined the general requirements for the implementation of the "basicization of storage, transportation and containerization, management informatization, and safeguarding of field operations" for weapons maintenance equipment, and realized the "four modernizations" guarantee. 2 Current Packaging Methods and Problems of Weapons Maintenance Equipment

The existing weapons maintenance equipment packaging of our army is mainly carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements of GJB 1767-93 "General Specification for Gun Spare Parts and Tool Packaging", and the equipment packaging forms are divided into four categories: inner packaging, middle packaging, outer packaging, and tray collection packaging. Inner packaging mainly uses No. 2 soft film oil protection by first wrapping with 0.03PE film, and then isolating with 0.06~0.08PE film, and then wrapping in neutral paper or kraft paper and sealing in a plastic bag; The main use of single corrugated cardboard cartons or cartons for packaging. The packaging method basically accords with the protection function of the packaging, and can better protect the equipment from being damaged in the process of storage, mounting, and transportation; it also basically achieves the convenient function of the packaging, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and facilitates rapid batch receiving and delivery in the warehouse. However, from the perspective of modern logistics management and military logistics theory, there are still the following problems:

a. Packaging is not intuitive. The neutrality paper, kraft paper and corrugated paperboard of packaging materials are not transparent, and the packaging effect is not intuitive. It is not easy to identify and count the equipment, resulting in a large workload for sending and receiving warehouses and military equipment, and it is prone to errors. It is difficult to realize information management and formation. Modern logistics management system.

b. Inconvenient to use. Since there are multiple spare parts in one unit, the force must be disassembled and used when using the unit, destroying the tightness of the package and affecting the protective performance of the package; at the same time, the equipment must be deoiled after unsealing, which affects the maintenance of the maintenance equipment. Efficiency does not meet the requirements of safeguarding the field.

c. Storage and transportation take up space. Containerized transportation is the development trend of modern high-tech warfare equipment protection. It is a means to implement field protection. The existing packaging methods and equipment are stored and transported in units of medium-sized packaging. Corrugated paper boxes occupy more container space, increasing The number of containers also increased the demand for capacity.

d. Poor packaging efficiency. Inner packaging equipment wrapping and equipment bagging, medium packaging corrugated carton forming and equipment loading and so on mainly rely on manual operation, and there are many technological processes, so it is difficult to realize mechanization and automation. Batch packaging requires more manpower resources and lower packaging efficiency. The packaging cost is relatively high.


3 Application of Modern Packaging Technology in Weapon Maintenance Equipment Packaging


With the rapid development of science and technology, modern packaging has formed a complete industrial system using advanced technology, materials and equipment for mechanized automated production, especially the emergence of plastics, chemical fiber, composite materials, and hydraulic, pneumatic, microelectronics and computer technology. The application of transmission, detection, metering and control has enabled the rapid development of modern packaging technology. At present, there are dozens of packaging technologies and methods. Typical examples are shock-proof packaging, anti-mildew packaging, moisture-proof packaging, moisture-proof packaging, waterproof packaging, rust-proof packaging, insect-proof packaging, blister packaging, body-pack packaging, and shrink packaging. 3.1 Blister packs

d. Light weight, in addition to a certain degree of elasticity of bubble cap, good cushioning, packing without buffer material, saving storage space.
