This problem is very common in pad printing, because you do not understand the formula of the ink, it may be that the type of ink used is not correct.

Possible causes Solution:

Pad head: Excessive silicone rubber on the pad surface Before using the new pad, clean the pad with alcohol solvent.

Corrosion gravure: The gravure corrosion is too deep to recreate a gravure plate of moderate depth.

Ink: Inappropriate selection of ink type Appropriate inks are selected according to the specific conditions of the printing materials; Double inks are used If double inks are selected, printing with a stiffer pad printing head; inks and hardeners (hardeners) should be used. The proportions are not proportional to the amount of ink and hardener used, and the ink is re-mixed.

Substrate: Unclean surface Clean the surface of the object with alcohol solvent before printing.

Other reasons: Inadequate pre-processing work or no pre-treatment Checking pre-processed procedures, if possible, repeating pre-processing work; Failure to achieve fixing time requirements Allow prints to fully dry before fixing pre-test inks. Post-processing work does not use heat pipes adequately, and sometimes requires a flame drying device.
