AM80N, AM80AZC2 and AM120NA - Fully automatic strapping machine with shrink tunnel

PackSynergy recently introduced three automatic strapping machines - AM80N, AM80AZC2 and AM120NA. The three machines share the following common features:

● The machine is suitable for packaging rigid, aluminum, wood, and plastic products. It can be used to bind printed products, any tray or solid food in the food industry, candy, boxed chocolates, and various products in the pharmaceutical and daily chemical industry. package.
● Fully automatic operation with electromechanically driven welding rods controlled by a torque controller. The maximum size of the baleable is controlled by the width of the splicing bar and the shrink tunnel. The product can be manually or automatically placed on the infeed conveyor, and the packaging cycle is fully automatic.
● Welding rods are made of cast steel and equipped with a film cutter. The splicing bar has a continuous heating element and uses solid state relays and electric temperature controllers to ensure maximum performance with the shortest sealing time and minimum maintenance requirements.
● The height of the splicing bar can be adjusted to suit different product heights, maximizing production. For light weight, unstable packaging, the machine is equipped with a special film deployment system.
● The conveyor can carry a 150 kg (standard) load. The boxed stainless steel heating element has an electric temperature control up to 240°C.

The biggest difference between these three devices is the width of the welding rod. Among them, AM80N has a splicing bar width of 810 mm, and AM80AZC2 has a welding bar width of 700 mm and 900 mm. AM120NA has a splicing bar width of 750, 950, 1250, 1650, and 2100 mm, and a retracted channel height of 600 mm. There are 1 meter, 2 meters, 3 meters and 4 meters.
