The plexiglass material is a member of the large family of plastics. The scientific name is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). It is a thermoplastic material with high hardness, good toughness, both adhesion and screen printing. It is not only worth hundreds of times in advertising and manufacturing, but also an irreplaceable component manufacturing material in the fields of industry and military. Its color characteristics and main uses are shown in Table 1.

1. The printing ink should be made of high-gloss, friction-resistant plexiglass ink. In particular, matte ink must not be used for surface printing because the ink is not resistant to rubbing and the color is not bright. For outdoor light boxes and signage, imported inks with good lightfastness should also be used to resist strong light and prolong their service life.
2. Printing film can not be replaced by laser print or sulfuric acid paper, must be positive manufacturers or anti-yang film output professional manufacturers, each output, to output a blank film with positioning crosshair. When printing, first use the blank cross-hair film with transparent tape fixed on the glass plate, other colors of the film should be based on this, so that the drying out of the screen can be consistent.

3. For fine screen production, high resolution imported sensitized adhesives and imported high-tension low-stretch screens must be used. Such as Japan's Murakami company's SBQ single liquid emulsion, NBC wire and other brand-name products, although the price is more expensive than domestic, but produced a clear screen, graphic edges neat, while also guaranteeing multi-color overprint or four-color Accuracy of location when screen printing. If the text is too small and the lines are very fine, a 350-mesh screen can be used. At the same time, it should be equipped with a smooth, smooth, imported ink or photocurable ink.

4. Screen printing and color matching is generally based on the experience of the printer. Since the number of screen meshes used in each batch is different, the thickness of the photosensitive film is not the same, which often results in the color cast of the printed products. Therefore, each batch of work must be printed and printed out with a stenciled screen. After the customer confirms that it is the same color as the original, it can enter the formal printing.

5. Large-format drawings must be printed with screen printers, and small-format sheets can be printed with suction stamp pads. During the printing process, it should be consistent with six: a. 6. The double-sided organic plate label shall be made of a transparent plate, and the anti-printing method shall be used. After the graphic and text are printed, a layer of background color shall be overprinted, and the adhesive between the two electrodes must use a silk printable adhesive. General 80-100 mesh nylon screen, water-based photosensitive adhesive making screen printing, can be printed on one side, can also be printed on both sides, when the color of silk printing ink becomes translucent (about 20 ~ 30min), the two sides are aligned and bonded together . The bond line is not affected by mechanical polishing.

7. When multi-color printing, in order to ensure the accuracy of overprinting, under the premise of keeping the size of the graphic version unchanged, other sizes can be appropriately scaled (the zooming size must not exceed 0.1-0.2 mm). When printing, the dark version presses the shallow version, and the graphic version compresses and releases the version. In this way, when the organic board is not cut properly or the manual placing board and the positioning block are poorly connected, the overprinting is also accurate.

8. The surface of the organic sheet often contains a large amount of static electricity and dust. If the dust adheres to the screen, the text and color blocks will be damaged and waste will appear. Therefore, printing must be done in a clean, dust-free room. The surface dust can be removed in two steps. First wipe the dust on the surface with a damp cotton cloth, and then brush the dust with an electrostatic dusting brush or a dust removal roller. When printing, check the edges while printing, and if any problems are found, clean up the screen in time and print again.

9. The products (cosmetics, jewellery, and watches) in domestic large and medium-sized shopping malls advertise multi-professional matte effects to set off bright and colorful products. The plexiglass plate manufacturer does not have such a plate, and can use a flat plate or a transparent plate to directly print the ink with a sand surface. After the ink is dried, a sand-like matt effect can be exhibited.

10. The size of the organic board should be the same, and the two adjacent sides should be 90° and the thickness should be uniform. According to the size of the print screen, a margin is set aside. After the printing is completed, the excess amount of the edge is cut. For multi-color overprinting or four-color printing, magnetic white or transparent organic plates should be used. Magnetic whiteboards are used for front printing, and transparent boards are used for reverse printing.

Second, plexiglass display stand and advertising plate processing

The machinery and tools used for plexiglass processing basically use woodworking machinery. Its commonly used machinery and materials are shown in Table II.

1. Cutting and cutting: The organic plate has conventional dimensions of 1830mm×1220mm, 2160mm×1220uum, etc. According to the drawings provided by the customer, a cutting line is drawn on the board, and the size thereof should be 0.5 to 3mm larger than the actual size. 5mm above the plate directly with a saw cut off, 5mm or less can use the hook knife to draw a shallow groove, and then use a knife to break the plate. When using a chainsaw, pay attention to safety. Cutting this process is very important, it is related to whether the following processes can proceed smoothly. Must be done: the line is accurate, the sleeve is reasonable, and the wire is straight.

2. Section planing: The undulating organic plate section can be flattened with a plane planer. No electric planer can be roughly ground with a grinder and then placed on a belt machine to flatten it. The thin plate is clamped together at the same time with a pressure iron jig, and it is straightened with an electric planer or a belt machine. In this way, the ergonomics can be improved and the consistency of the dimensions of the multi-plate can also be ensured. Professional manufacturers generally have special iron clips, clamp large pieces of organic material, and then use electric planer to flatten. For a small area plate clamped with a bench vise, the effect is also very good.

3. Polishing: The effect of polishing is to restore the damaged organic plate section to its brightness. Sheets that have been planed are further ground with water sandpaper and polished with a polisher. During the polishing process, from time to time, some polishing soap (green soap, white soap) is rubbed on the cloth wheel to accelerate the polishing speed. Transparent organic boards often have a variety of scratches that must be polished before printing or bonding. With the advent of engraving machines, the organic plate section was also brightly treated with a flame processor, but the effect was not satisfactory. It is best to use a laser cutter for high-quality plates.

4. Bending: The use of organic plates for various types of display stands often requires the plates to be bent at various angles. According to the length of the bending line, several heaters of different lengths can be made and the heaters can be made of flat aluminum alloy profiles. Method: First open a 3~5mm groove line in the plane of the aluminum profile so that the heat of the heating pipe overflows. The two sides of the groove line are attached with hard wood, which can play a role in insulating the non-stick plate. Then, the quartz heating tube is fixed in the aluminum tube with iron clips, and it can be used by connecting the power cord. When the organic plate is bent, a light line is drawn with a hook knife. In this way, the folding of the corner line can achieve both the right and the wrong dimensions. During the heating process, the side of the heating line of the organic plate must be pressed with square wood so that the heating line is heated and balanced, and the folded corner line will be straight, without the occurrence of heap meat or partial fracture phenomenon. Different angles of bending, but also need to configure different angles of wood mold.

5. Slotted drilling: often need to be slotted on the signboard panel or display shelf. Vertical milling machine is used for slotting, and all kinds of cutters are equipped; open hole needs to buy a set of combined hole opener, stuck in the hole opener. The drilling task can be completed on the bench drill, and ordinary drills can be used for holes below 13mm.

6. Bonding: The more common adhesive is chloroform solution. The solution is sucked into the needle tube with a syringe needle, and the adhesive bonding effect is very good. For a large area of ​​adhesive, the crystal glue can be used, the transparency of the bonding place is high, and the car is still good. 502,110 and other strong adhesive, it is also very easy to bond, but the price is slightly more expensive.
