Mamata launches flower bag machine

Mamata's flower bag machines are used to produce flower covers, flower bags, candy bags, and tapered bags for a variety of uses in supermarkets.

During the flower bag production process, the film is fed continuously, but in the latter half of the process, the film needs to be fed intermittently, because several operations require the film to be at rest. Therefore, the machine requires high precision film control in terms of mechanical motion, and it must also accurately control the accessories installed on the machine.

At the same time, the machine adopts a dual-track structure and two bags are produced for each trip. Therefore, the synchronization of the entire production process must be maintained. The main body (main frame) is made of high quality cast iron to minimize vibration.

The unwinder is equipped with a servo tension controller, edge guides, and motorized film lifting device to ensure uniform tension and accurate film path. In addition, the aircraft is equipped with an AC servo electric motor on the entire film path and on the accessories. In this way, the accuracy of the length can be guaranteed, and the processing flexibility can be ensured when processing films of different thicknesses and widths.

Designers are constantly designing high-speed systems. However, the number of types of films suitable for high-speed processing is extremely small, and materials and processes suitable for high-speed machining must be carefully selected. To achieve high-speed machining must also be equipped with high-end system components, but this will obviously increase investment. In fact, operators generally can only adapt to the speed of 250-300 bags per minute.

As a packaging bag, a woven bag is used to package bread, vegetables, cosmetics, bulk goods, and the like. These uses require the use of flexible, thin films. Therefore, the system must be professionally designed to ensure that such films are processed at a feasible speed. Through analysis, Mamata has developed an easy-to-operate high-speed (300 bags/minute) system that enables operators to operate at normal speeds in real environments. The use of more efficient and flexible methods enables rapid replacement of product specifications to increase production efficiency.

Unwinding system: It is necessary to strengthen the base material tension control and edge control in order to improve the product quality of the woven strip bag. The ability to transport large diameter rolls is the key to improving efficiency. Therefore, the company is equipped with servo tension control device, servo edge guide device, electric film roll lifting device, air passage, safety chuck, and film roll front discharge alarm device. The system is equipped with a double stroke with electric screw, so the edge size or cover size can be set on the panel. At the same time, this also simplifies the system setup.

Compensating the dancer roller: The dancer roller is controlled by the tension and draws the film from the unwinding device, unwinds the film at a constant speed, and feeds the film to the indexing roller during indexing. Tension is pneumatically controlled, which minimizes tension changes during film processing and feeds the film evenly into the indexing roll.

Attachment Platform Tension: Floating roller feeds the film to a roller that rotates with the indexing roller. This roller is called the tail feed roller and it serves to maintain the base material tension on the attachment platform (the attachment may be running on the platform). The operator console is also equipped with a film speed control device to ensure smooth operation of the film as required.

Punching device: In normal operation, you need to cut a hole or cut in the specified position on the edge of the bag. Therefore, Mamata provides a set of edge servo control devices for standard punching devices to facilitate the positioning of the punching device on the machine table.

Heat-sealing section: The indexing stick feeds the film to a very important section, the heat-sealing cut-out area. The device is uniquely designed to meet changing processing needs. The heat seal head is guided by a linear bearing and is in close contact with the film, so that the heat seal cutting operation is clean and smooth. In this way, it is possible to more uniformly process difficult-to-process materials such as CPP.

Heat knife operation is powered by a servo motor. Therefore, the heat-sealing time can be set independently. When heat-sealing is performed, the mechanical rotation can be decelerated, and the rest of the time can be operated at a high speed so that the operation cycle can be optimized. Heat setting or dwelling time settings are digitally controlled for easy operator setup via the panel.
