1. Shavings

2, hot grinding

3, fiber drying

The heat-grinding fiber plus sizing makes the moisture content of the fiber reach 40%-50%. If it is difficult to adapt to the following sections without drying the fiber, the main control drying temperature in this process section is about 165°C, which will not cause resin pre-cure. This affects the mechanical properties of the plate's MOR and IB.

4, pavement

It will be dried and stored in the fiber silo for a certain period of time. After being fed to the paving machine by a feed fan, the fiber will be roughly formed by vacuum air flow, and then the forming process of the plate will be realized by a stripping roller and a prepressing machine.

5, hot pressing

It is an important process for the manufacture of MDF. It plays a decisive role in product quality and production. It is the combination of heat and pressure, moisture vaporization in the slab, evaporation, density increase, adhesive, waterproof agent. Redistribution results in a series of changes in each component of the raw material, so that various binding forces are formed between the fibers and the product reaches and meets the quality requirements.

6, sewage treatment

The dry production of MDF basically does not have a large amount of industrial wastewater. It is mainly corked water that is squeezed out by the feed spiral. For this type of wastewater, we mainly use anaerobic treatment, and the process flow chart is as follows:
