VANCL previously said that it can be paid by POS machine in late June, and Mr. Zhang received the VANCL text message in mid-July. The doubtful Mr. Zhang asked the Rugao courier for confirmation. The courier said that he did not understand that the POS machine could be paid in late June and did not receive the POS machine provided by VANCL. In desperation, Mr. Zhang also called VANCL's customer service staff, VANCL customer service on this matter, and ultimately failed to give a clear reply.
It is understood that such as Fengda Express is a self-built distribution company of VANCL. It is reported that VANCL has previously stated that the first to use POS machines is the areas of Beishang Guangshen, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Tianjin.
