2. The input amount is less than the consumption amount:
The POS terminal has printed out the POS certificate. If the cashier finds that the amount of the signing is less than the actual purchase amount, the cardholder should explain the reason to the cardholder and then swipe the card again to make up the difference.
If the cashier finds that the amount of the signing is less than the actual amount of consumption, the merchant provides the cardholder's consumption information, and receives the “Special Merchant Reconciliation Application Form” from the maintenance party, and fills in the written statement to the maintenance party.

Second, the cardholder returns
For the return of the customer who is holding the bank card, the merchant shall fill out the “Special Merchant Reconciliation Application Form”, fill in the return amount, card number, time, merchant name, etc., and submit it to the maintenance party after the merchant seals.

Third, the transaction is successful without processing the bill
The successful transaction is subject to the purchase order; in this case, the merchant does not have to worry, the banker can be informed that the bank will promptly transfer the money, and ask him to swipe the card again until the POS machine successfully orders;
At the same time, the merchants contact the maintenance party! It is necessary to check the POS machine for the problem caused by the lack of paper.

Fourth, the handling of the transaction
1) What is a positive transaction?
A transaction is in the terminal and has been set as a success flag, but the accounting transaction package sent to the host has not received a response, that is, the terminal transaction has timed out.
There are two types of results: “Chong Zheng Success” and “Chong Zheng Unsuccessful”:

1, "Chongzheng success":
The transaction was successfully refunded and needs to be re-swipe.

2, "Chong Zheng is not successful":
The POS machine and the UnionPay settlement center caused a failure in the data transmission process. The transaction initiator's account has been debited and the transaction initiator needs to re-swipe the transaction.

2) How do merchants judge
"Chong Zheng is successful", "Chong Zheng is not successful"?
Example: A merchant's electrical appliance store consumes 500 yuan in 5-30 credit card. During the transaction, the error is corrected and the purchase order is not printed. The cardholder said that he received the bank debit memo.
The merchant promptly calls the customer service hotline, and the customer service informs the record to reply after the bank reconciliation on the second day. After the bank reconciles, “the transaction is successful”, the transaction will be returned to the cardholder’s bank card.

If the merchant has delivered the goods/services:
Merchants are required to fill out the "Special Merchant Collection/Request for Business Application Form" stamp and indicate the reason for submitting to the maintenance party, apply for payment into the merchant account; after the bank reconciliation, "transaction is failing", the transaction can be returned to the merchant. Or cardholder.

If the merchant has delivered the goods/services:
Merchants are required to fill out the “Application Form for Special Merchants Collection/Requests Business” and indicate the reasons for submitting to the maintenance party to apply for funds into the merchant account;

If the merchant has not delivered the goods/services:
Please contact the maintenance party and the payment will be refunded directly to the cardholder.

3) How to deal with the transaction?
The purchase transaction will not print out the purchase order. If the merchant finds that the transaction is on the POS machine and prompts the transaction, and the order is not issued, the cardholder can be asked to brush again and inform the cardholder if the bank card is debited. The bank will return in a few days.

Say a little trick

Tip: Merchants often encounter POS machines after the card is swiped, the POS machine does not print out the small ticket, but the cardholder's mobile phone has received the bank deduction prompt message. When this happens:
Merchants are not required to be confused and should use a UnionPay card at the first time.
1. Make a query or consumer transaction on the POS machine (any amount of 0, POS opportunity prompts you to “automatically rush and succeed”, and the cardholder will also receive a bank reminder message that the debit has been returned to the account.

2. Let the merchant settle immediately, the consumer's money will immediately return to his card
This situation occurs mostly in telephone POS machines. The reason is that the data transmitted by the telephone line is unstable. If this situation occurs frequently, it is recommended that the merchants repair the telephone company to check the line.
