Enso produces new protective coated cardboard

Cardboard with a new protective coating produced by Finland Enso can be used as a packaging material for liquids and solid foods. It has been patented in Europe and the United States under the trade name Ensobarr. It is superior to conventional plastic coatings and comparable to aluminum foil. The cardboard coating is only 3 layers instead of the conventional 4 layers, light weight, can retain the color, aroma, taste of food, extend the shelf life, can also be aseptic packaging materials.
