At one time, the ink of our printed products was seriously damaged by ink, and the text and images were hairy. We suspect that the pressure of the ink roller became lighter. So stop, manually drop the ink roller, check the ink bar, it is uniform and no problem. Is it due to the fact that the ink roller has entered the paper and it has been crushed to produce paper hair? We washed the ink roller and lifted the individual roller up to view it. No bad paper was found. Looking at the pressure of the water roller again, it was found that the pressure was also suitable and there was no excessive water supply. At the same time, there is no problem with rubber and linings. It seems that the pressure between the drums has changed, and it is easy to twist the adjusting screw of the printing drum with a wrench, and the hand can be turned. After we clean the roll pillows, the pressure is measured by the pressure fuse and the pressure is lightened. Adjust the pressure, drive the car, print out a faulty hair troubleshooting.

Who knows, the above symptoms appear later. Try to twist the adjustment screw of the printing plate again and find that it loosens again. Open the large shield, carefully inspected, and finally found the source of the problem, the original is the adjustment screws connected to the shaft of the gear shaft shaft under a fixed block of broken screws, remove the gear shaft driven gear, and found that the two screws twisted, deformation . So, we replaced the broken and deformed screws and adjusted the pressure again. After boot printing, the phenomenon of hair loss in printed products disappears.
