B&H labeler overcomes the problem of irregular marking materials

“Our business scope is wide and the production requirements are high. It does pose a great challenge to B&H before and after installation.” said Chris Ferree, Vice President of Mountain Valley Drinking Water Management Department.

Currently, Mountain Valley's blow molding operations store 32 different labels from various label suppliers to quickly meet the needs of bottle customers. "While we want to reduce the number of label suppliers in an effort to reduce material diversity, the opposite is true. As we grow, we continue to process more labels from different suppliers," said Steve Wilson, Maintenance Director at Mountain Valley. "The B&H labeler has established a variety of flexibility that will allow us to overcome irregularities in the label material."

The patented computer-based recording system (CRS) of the B&H labeler virtually eliminates non-compliance tags and maintains the accuracy of tag recording even at the highest line speeds. The BH8000S can use the sensor to detect changes in the label parameters and automatically make necessary adjustments without slowing down or stopping the production line.
