Water-based ink printing common problems and solutions

1. Failure: Dirty phenomenon: After the printed product is stacked, the back of the printed product cannot be opened.

Reason: The ink is dry and slow, printing speed is fast, ventilation is not suitable for heat.

Prevention and Remedy: Add alcohol, slow down the printing speed, increase ventilation to heat.

2, failure: paste version
Phenomenon: High and middle tone parts of the web are dead and the image is blurry.

Causes: Dryness is too fast, ink is rough, speed is too slow, ventilation is not proper.

Prevention and Remedy: Add some water when adjusting, adjust the ventilation device, do not blow

On the roller.

3, failure: blistering
Phenomenon: After the ink in the printer ink fountain is circulated, the foam is too much, and even out of the ink fountain cannot be used.

Reason: Ink replenishment over ink ambassadors.

Prevention and Remedy: Add some alcohol and defoamer as appropriate, and the ink should not be diluted too much.
