New high-efficiency ink cleaning agent was successfully developed

As everyone knows, although ink cleaners are only auxiliary materials in printing companies, they are daily necessities for printing.
At present, the domestic ink cleaning agents commonly used in various printing factories are gasoline and kerosene. Although these traditional ink cleaning agents have the characteristics of rapidity and low price, gasoline and kerosene are flammable products during the cleaning process. Harmful gases are dispersed in the workshop and endanger people's health, and safety is not effectively guaranteed. In view of these shortcomings of gasoline and kerosene, how to develop an efficient, safe, non-toxic, inexpensive ink cleaning agent to replace gasoline and kerosene has become an urgent need.
Wuhan Institute of Modern Industrial Technology organized relevant scientific and technical personnel. After more than one year of research, it has finally successfully developed a new type of high-efficiency ink cleaning agent. The product is composed of surfactants, emulsifiers, penetrants and rubber antioxidants. Adding a certain amount of water can be used, and the ink has a good washing ability without swelling or contracting the ink layer. The product is low in volatility, non-flammable, extremely safe to use, and non-pollution to the environment, and its use cost is lower than that of gasoline.
The successful development of this product will bring greater social and economic benefits to the printing industry.
