"Snorkeling is a must-try activity!" This isn't an exaggeration. When I asked 10 of my friends, they all responded with similar enthusiasm. Snorkeling is the foundation of diving, and it's one of the most accessible water sports for everyone. In fact, diving is closer to us than we might think. Last year, the Asia Outdoor Exhibition introduced a new water zone for the first time, in collaboration with Guangzhou PADI’s five-star diving center. We set up booths to promote water sports, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Therefore, this year’s Asia Outdoor Exhibition will enhance the diving area by expanding on the previous water zone and inviting more diving-related institutions to participate.
In recent years, PADI has been actively promoting China as a top diving destination. It's clear that the Chinese diving industry is growing rapidly, which has a positive impact on the tourism and hospitality sectors. Moreover, it's creating numerous job opportunities for the local population. In 2014, China became a country with top-level qualifications. According to statistics, from 2009 to 2014, the number of newly opened PADI Dive Resort Centers in China increased by 600%. The issuance of PADI Entry Certificates and Continuing Education Certificates also rose by 55.3% compared to 2013.
"Why does PADI partner with the Asia Outdoor Show to promote diving?" He added, "It has been a great choice for the past two years to integrate into the Asia Outdoor Exhibition. It's a win-win development." Luo also outlined three core elements of diving: "clubs, products, and textbook teaching." In this year's diving area at the Asia Outdoor Exhibition, PADI will focus on these key aspects and "outdoor retail." They will offer topic courses on how to better serve guests, how to run an outdoor store, and how to display products, directly guiding outdoor operators and professionals on-site.
