Due to the relatively minor strain on the spool, it is usually done with metallographic sandpaper. This can avoid the gap between the valve sleeve and the valve core is too large, resulting in the phenomenon of string gas. When assembling the repaired valve sleeve and valve plug, a thin sharp and even pencil of lead shall be coated with a sharpened pencil on the inner wall of the sleeve, the outer circle of the valve plug, and the recessed portion. Lead is applied on the top to reduce the frictional force between the inner wall of the valve sleeve and the valve core. At the same time, due to the dry and slippery nature of the lead, particles of paper dust cannot be trapped in the body of the valve.
