4.2.2 Other wine bottle specifications refer to the following formula.
4.2.2.1 Height tolerance TH (mm) is calculated according to formula (1):
TH =±(0.6 + 0.004 H ).................................
In the formula: H---- bottle height, mm
4.2.2.2 Bottle outer diameter tolerance TY (mm) is calculated according to formula (2):
TY = ±(0.7 + 0.012D).................................
Where: D ---- outside diameter, mm
4.2.2.3 Vertical axis deviation YV (mm) is calculated according to formula (3):
YV = (0.3 + 0.01H)180..............................
In the formula: H is the same as formula (1).
4.2.2.4 The full-capacity capacity tolerance shall meet the requirements of Table 3.

5 test methods
5.1 Physical and chemical properties
5.1.1 Thermal shock resistance
According to GB/T4547 regulations.
5.1.2 Internal surface water erosion resistance
According to GB/T4548 regulations.
5.1.3 Internal stress
According to GB/T 4545 regulations.
5.2 Specifications
5.2.1 Capacity
Weigh empty bottles with a weighing instrument weighing 1 g, and then weigh with water at room temperature. The difference between the two masses is the capacity.
5.2.2 Bottle OD and Roundness
The bottle body is measured with a vernier caliper (to be offset from the stitching line) to measure the maximum value as the outer diameter of the bottle body, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is a roundness.
5.2.3 Vertical axis deviation
According to GB/T8452 regulations.
5.2.4 Bottle height
Measured with a height ruler or height measuring device.
5.2.5 bottle wall, bottom thickness
Measured with a measuring instrument.
5.2.6 The same bottle wall thickness difference
With the thickness gauge on the same level of the bottle, the ratio between the thickest point and the thinnest point was measured.
5.2.7 Thickness difference of the same bottom
The ratio of the thickest point to the thinnest point was measured on the same bottom with a thickness gauge.
5.2.8 bottle neck, bottle neck
Measured with a special pass gauge or caliper, the depth of penetration of the bottle neck gauge is not less than 35mm.
5.2.9 tilting the bottle mouth
Measured by the height scale, the difference between the highest value and the lowest value at the bottom of the bottle to the bottle mouth is the tilt of the bottle mouth, that is, parallelism.
5.3 appearance quality
Visually, if necessary, measure with a 10x reading magnifier.
6 inspection rules
6.1 Acceptance of product acceptance shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2828 on the inspection of secondary sampling plans on a batch-by-batch basis. The ordering party shall have the right to check the product quality in accordance with this standard. If there are other circumstances, acceptance may be made according to the contract or agreement between supply and demand.
6.2 Product Acceptance The unit shall indicate the unqualified quantity of products per 100 units, and submit the acceptance quality level (AQL) of the inspection and approval products. The inspection level (IL) shall comply with the requirements in Table 5.

6.3 When the batch-by-batch acceptance fails, the inspection shall be repeated. If the product submitted for acceptance again does not meet the requirements, the batch of products may not be submitted for acceptance again.
7 Packaging, Marking, Transport, Storage
7.1 Packaging
Advocate the use of pallet packaging, can also be used carton packaging, in order to reduce the impact of improper packaging on the quality of wine bottles, packaging materials should make the product clean and not easily broken.
7.2 Signs
Each product should be marked with the manufacturer's mark within 20mm above the bottom of the bottle.
Each package shall have a certificate of conformity or conformity label, indicating the name of the manufacturer, site, product name, specifications, quantity, date of manufacture, name of the inspection packager (code number), and words such as “breakable” and “be careful to put lightly”.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, it is necessary to prevent violent vibration, and handle it gently when loading and unloading.
7.4 Storage
Should be stored indoors and stacked in open air, rain should be prevented from entering the bottle to prevent water traces from occurring.

14MM Dice size between 12MM and 15MM. A round 14MM dice will look very cute and easy to roll. It is also suitable for rolling many of them at once.

With all the sizes of dice available, it's sometimes hard to know which size you need. Is a 12MM Dice big enough to easily game with? Just how large is a 25mm dice compared to other game components? Take a look below at our examples of all the common dice dimensions to find out!
