Graphic particle board (Figure)

Particleboard is a thin sheet made of wood scrap as the main raw material, then added with glue, and the additive is pressed. According to the pressing method, it can be divided into two types: extruded particle board and flat particle board.
The difference between particleboard and MDF is that the raw material of the particleboard is not completely pulverized into fibers, but is pulverized into granules, which is generally called shavings, and then added with rubber. The MDF is completely made of wood raw materials. It is pulverized into a fiber and then added by a rubber. Since the particleboard is mainly composed of larger wood fibers (compared to the MDF), even if it is soaked in water, its expansion rate is only 8% to 10%, so it does not swell as much as the MDF.

The intermediate substrate of the triamine plate for making the cabinet is the particle board.

In fact, foreign particleboard is a widely used sheet. Almost all cabinet factories in Europe and America use particleboard. For example, the Austrian love board is a kind of particle board, which is widely used in domestic high-end cabinets. However, domestic people generally believe that particleboard is a kind of poor quality sheet. The problem is that the particleboards currently on the market are products of small factories. Due to the backward equipment and production process, the production of particleboard is bearing and resisting bending and deformation. The strength is extremely poor. It is the quality of this type of board that tarnishes the reputation of particleboard and makes consumers mistakenly believe that the quality of particle board is inferior.

Our Type B Fibc solutions feature superior protection against static electricity that can be created by the flow of materials into and out of bulk bags. Type B bulk bags are similar to Type A FIBC`s in that they are both made from plain polypropylene and/or non-conductive materials, and do not have any mechanism for dissipating static electricity.

The difference is unlike Type A FIBCs, Type B FIBCs are made from materials that have a surface breakdown voltage of up to 6kV. Because of this surface breakdown voltage, Type B FIBCs prevent sparks and propagating brush discharges. Type B should NOT be used in environments containing flammable solvents or gases.

Procon Pacific is now able to offer Type B FIBCs with a liner, meeting all requirements set forth in IEC Revision: IEC 61340-4-4 Edition 2 2012-1.

Examples of safe Type B FIBC use:

To transport dry, flammable powders with MIE >3 mJ
No flammable solvents or gases present around the bag
Type B Conductive Bags
