Impregnated paper
Includes surface paper, decorative paper, and balance paper. The surface paper and the decorative paper are pressed on the upper surface of the floor, the surface paper provides the wear resistance of the floor, and the decorative paper provides the imitation wood grain effect of the floor. The balance paper is pressed against the underside of the floor to balance the stress on the sheet to ensure that the floor is flat and enhances its moisture resistance.
HDF
High density fiberboard. High strength, good performance, durability and impact resistance. Ideal for use as a composite laminate flooring.
Blank press
After the impregnated paper and the high-density fiberboard are assembled, they are fed into a low-pressure short-cycle press for pressing.
Trimming
Repair the impregnated paper edge strips that are solidified on the edge of the floor panel.
cool down
Cool the floor slab temperature.
Monolithic sawing
The floor panel is cut horizontally and cut into two halves.
Multi-piece sawing
Cut the cut sheet longitudinally and cut it into six floor blanks.
Blank inspection
Inspect the quality of the floor blank.
Aging storage
Through the storage for a long time, the intrinsic stress of the floor blank is released, and the deformation of the floor product is prevented.
Milling edge
The floor grooving is simultaneously milled with a double end milling machine.
Product testing
Check the quality of the finished product.
Product packaging
Use a heat shrink packaging floor. Ensure that the floor is not exposed to moisture before opening the package at the installation site.
