Second, lacquer preparation

(2) New wood surface: Before the board is not scribbed, use a water-based polyester paint primer to add 50% water to brush it again. In order to prevent contamination during the production process, it is necessary to pay attention to the uniform coating and not stacking before drying.
(3) Make-up nails: Use special putty, mix color or toner to the same color as wood, repair nail eyes, pay attention to not add wood grain.
Third, the coating method
(1) The general primer is brushed. The topcoat can be brushed or air sprayed;
(2) It can be diluted with appropriate amount of water, usually 10%, preferably with less water. The amount of water added is subject to no obvious brush marks and no sag;
(3) Between painting time: 2-4 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity of the environment. If the humidity is higher than 90%, the drying time of the paint film may be as long as one day;
(4) Curing and maintenance period of 7 days, the longer the film, the harder the film.
Fourth, grinding method
(1) Grinding: After the primer is finished, use sandpaper of 600# or more to fully polish it. Be careful not to wear through the paint layer.
(2) Dry grinding or water grinding. If the filling effect is still not satisfactory after grinding, the primer can be applied again. Before the last coat of paint, use 1000# sandpaper and finely ground.
Fifth, brushing the topcoat
(1) Typical application: 3 times primer + sanding + 3 times top coat;
(2) If it is necessary to completely block the wood grain, it may be necessary to apply the primer more than 4 times for the material with deep wood grain.
Six, matters needing attention
(1) Use Woer's water-based wood lacquer, pay attention to thin coating, not thick coating;
(2) All waterborne polyester lacquers and tools, wood shall not be contaminated with grease, oil paint or Tianna water;
(3) All tools can be cleaned with water, suspended after work or in the middle, and cleaned with water immediately;
(4) The paint should be stored in a cool, ventilated, non-freezing place. After the paint is poured out, there is excess paint in the tank, which needs to be tightly closed immediately.
