The method of enriching benzene and cysteine ​​filter paper and eluting with benzene was studied to enrich and extract methylmercury in fish. A method for the determination of methylmercury by gas chromatography was established and the established method was evaluated. The results showed that the recovery of spiked standard was 87.10%~105.69%; the coefficient of variation was .93%.
