1. Project overview

The No. 9 Primary School in Daxing District, Beijing is a district-level directly-owned school founded in 1992. It is located in Qingyuan Xili Community of Daxing New City. The existing teaching building and outdoor playground need to cover the broadcasting system, mainly involved in the area: 25 classrooms in the teaching building, the first to fourth floors of the teaching building, the school gate and the outdoor playground.

2, project needs

● It is required to automatically play the upper and lower class ring tones and broadcast gymnastics according to the school schedule.

● It can realize remote sub-control zone broadcast and remote programming automatic timing tasks.

● It can realize unified broadcast for all areas or separate broadcasts for separate zones.

● The entire broadcast system can be managed over the LAN anywhere in the campus.

● Different broadcasts can be played on different partitions at the same time; each channel can be directly monitored in the main control room, and each input source can be monitored.

● It can realize mobile terminals such as mobile phones or tablets to control the broadcasting system.

● Analog audio source such as capture deck, FM radio, DVD player, etc., can be partitioned network broadcast.

● The campus radio station can be broadcasted by students or teachers, and the management computer provides certain permissions to meet basic operations.

1. Broadcast design of each region

4.1. Classroom area broadcast design:

In this system, the classroom adopts the network integrated speaker mode, and only needs to provide the broadcast LAN to the classroom. Each speaker has a separate IP address, and the terminal administrator can change the information and group at will. The traditional analog broadcasting system defines the broadcast partition design according to the wiring, and the terminal of each class of the network broadcasting system is an independent partition, and each independent small partition can be divided into an overall large partition for convenient management and use.

4.2. Broadcasting design of public corridors in the corridor:

The corridor adopts the network IP front-end plus combined power amplifier and wall-mounted speaker. The network IP front is connected through the LAN and the main control room network broadcast control center. The digital broadcast signal of the receiving control center is converted into analog audio signal and output to the combined power amplifier. The amplifier pushes the speaker to sound.

4.3. Outdoor playground area broadcast design:

The outdoor network adopts the network front plus combined amplifier and outdoor waterproof sound column. The broadcast microphone and the wireless microphone can be directly connected to the playground power amplifier. When the playground uses the broadcast, it does not affect other partition work.

4.4. Overall wiring design of the broadcasting system:

In the construction of the network broadcasting system, the LAN of each floor is gathered to the floor switches of each floor, the floor switches of each floor are gathered to the switches of the main control room, and the classroom broadcasts of one floor are directly gathered to the core switches of the main control room.

A broadcast audio line is distributed on each floor of the corridor area to the main control room on the first floor.

The audio lines of the outdoor waterproof door of the outdoor area are gathered to the sub-control room of the first floor, and the audio lines of the outdoor playground are also gathered to the sub-control room of the first floor.

2, function introduction

1) Timed music ringing

The timed ringing task is set by software, and the music ringtones are played regularly every day. The schedule of the work schedule can be set multiple times, and can be automatically adjusted by programming multiple sets.

The system can automatically turn on and off the power of the device according to the settings, and the set of working hours is programmed 24 hours a day (accurate to the second). User-friendly music ringtones, inter-curricular exercises and automatic broadcast of radio programs. Different school bells and breaks can be set every day to play campus songs and flag-raising, class exercises, eye-protection keys, etc., to enrich campus life. The work schedule can be adjusted automatically according to the spring and autumn, and provides special configuration options for rainy days and holidays.

2) Multi-source program playback

Different music files can be played in different sections. When listening to English, the corresponding test subjects can be played in different classrooms.

3) Mobile phone control broadcast

The wireless router is connected to the LAN of the network broadcasting system, and the mobile phone installs the aerospace broadcasting network broadcasting APP, and the terminal can directly control the terminal to play music through the mobile phone, and can directly page the terminal directly through the software. When there is activity in the outdoor playground, you can connect to the broadcast LAN via your mobile phone and play music directly to the outdoor sound column. This is very convenient.

4) Terminal partitioning arbitrarily

The terminal information can be arbitrarily modified, and the group where the terminal is located

The administrator can use any computer through the network through the webpage to adjust the volume and play audio files to a single terminal device or multiple terminal devices at the same time, which greatly reduces the workload of the maintenance personnel.

6) Emergency alarm

It can be linked with the network fire alarm host to receive the fire alarm signal in real time. If the signal is received, the alarm ringtone will be broadcasted preferentially. All the partitions will receive the fire broadcast at the same time, and the students will be notified of the emergency evacuation in time.

7) Paging function

The system can be divided into multiple areas according to requirements. System administrators and leaders can use the software or paging microphone to page the desired area. Different users can broadcast and notify their jurisdiction or other areas.

Remote paging function, teachers and school leaders do not need to go to the computer room, they can publish management information about the school in their own offices; the principal can broadcast the whole school without leaving the house. Breaking the traditional principal must get the host room to speak to the whole school. The teacher only speaks and announces the broadcast of the classroom area that he is responsible for.

8) Broadcast rights management

The system can set various roles, set up super administrators, supervisors, query administrators, and control administrators. Administrators with different permissions can perform different authorization operations. In addition, you can also set permissions on the terminal. Unauthorized operation is invalid.
