New in-mold labeling technology

Although the in-mold labeling technology is widely used in Europe, the promotion in North American plastics companies is not so satisfactory, but the American company CT Lab has adopted an in-mold labeling technology called Accu-Place. This technology is provided by Avery Dennison and Avery Dennison is a well-known American office supplies supplier. The APIML process is based on the use of advanced adhesives to attach labels to the mold cavity for labeling, rather than traditional sintering or electrostatic labeling techniques. Therefore, the main features of this system are: using Accu-Tack adhesive, with a transparent polyester rod as the lining material, the label is attached to the cavity through the rolling of the polyester rod.
