I. Overview of domestic and foreign

As far back as the Second World War, the United States carried out the recycling and recycling of old barrels in the military, and designed and manufactured a 200L old barrel recycling automatic production line. The line can renovate old barrels and clean new ones. The old barrels can be regenerated as old as new, and used 3-5 times repeatedly, which greatly saves the steel plate and has received good economic benefits. Therefore, this technology and equipment were widely emulated by countries after the war. Japan has mastered this technology and equipment before the 1980s, and it is widely used. Now, there are many companies in the US and Japan that can produce such production lines and are available for export. China has not introduced this technology and equipment before 1984, so it only stays in the state of manual cleaning and recycling of old barrels, so that the old barrel resources can not be fully and widely used, and waste hundreds of thousands of tons every year. The steel plate has turned hundreds of millions of dollars into a pile of scrap iron. In view of this situation, after the establishment of China National Packaging Corporation, it began to organize the introduction of old steel drum recycling technology and equipment, and in 1984 successfully introduced a 200L steel drum recycling production line produced by Japan Container Co., Ltd., filling China A gap in technology and equipment in this area. The production line has been used in Beijing Oriental Chemical Plant for many years, ensuring the packaging quality of the plant's 38,000 tons of acrylic and lipid. There has been no material deterioration caused by unclean steel drums, and it has won the honor of five national gold medals for several years. Products have been exported to Germany, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Other countries and regions.

The 200L steel drum is the main metal container. According to incomplete statistics, by the end of 1987, the country had an annual output of 6 million 2001 steel drums. However, these steel drums are not used for recycling. It is very difficult to re-smelt. It takes up a large pile of yards and wastes a lot of steel. If widely used, it can save 100,000 tons of steel plates and 400 million yuan of funds per year (measured by annual consumption of 6 million steel drums). It is a great thing to benefit the country and the people. However, because the propaganda in this area has not kept up, so that this enterprise has both enterprise benefits and social benefits, and it is in line with the spirit of saving profits and wastes, it has not been well received by the national packaging “Eighth Five-Year Plan”. The understanding and attention of the relevant departments of the country have not been timely promoted and applied.

In order to give full play to the role of introducing advanced technology and equipment, improve the quality of liquid materials packaging in China, reduce the labor intensity of recycling of old barrels, improve production efficiency, and save the country a large amount of steel, the support of China Packaging Technology Association and China Packaging Corporation Next, Beijing Dongguang Industrial Co., Ltd. and Beijing Machinery Factory jointly researched the 200L steel drum recycling production line introduced by Dongfang Chemical Plant, and learn from the experience of other countries and their own innovation to jointly develop RETON-I old steel drum recycling. The automatic production line, whose technical level reached the international level in the mid-1980s, filled the domestic gap.

Second, RETON-I type 200L old steel drum recycling production line and its main uses:

The production line is mainly composed of 28 mechanical machines such as cheese-cutting machine, shaping machine, shot blasting machine, painting machine, dryer and transport machine. The device adopts a programmable controller to automatically control the equipment to achieve mechatronics, reaching the international mid-1930s level. The old barrels for cleaning chemical substances that are polluted by the environment are also equipped with sewage treatment equipment.

The production line is mainly used for the cleaning and repair of the inner and outer walls of 200L old steel drums. During the storage and transportation process, the barrel body depression caused by bumps and impacts, the barrel edge tilting and the pressure test leak detection, repainting, etc. Achieve the same good results as old and new.

The production line is suitable for large-scale petroleum, chemical and food enterprises; it is suitable for enterprises of various petroleum, chemical and food materials packaging bases and ports, which are also suitable for recycling old barrels.

The types of recycled old barrels are: old drums with soluble organic matter, old barrels with petrochemical products, and old barrels with various oils (including edible oil drums).

2. Main equipment features:

Jet washing is used to clean grease and water-soluble materials in the residual barrel cavity. The machine has 12 stations, first put the old barrel on the roller conveyor, it will automatically pass through each working position and make the nozzles align with the barrel mouth. The programmable controller controls the barrel staying time at each station, steam, washing. The agent and the clean water are sprayed into the barrel through respective nozzles for washing.

The edge shaping and barrel shaping machine automatically repairs the barrel edge backslope and the barrel depression by hydraulic and pneumatic mechanisms.

The chain washing machine is used for the fouling and rust of the oil drum which is not easy to be washed by the jet washing.

The external cleaning machine is used to wash away dust, dirt and grease from the outside of the steel drum.

A leak tester is used to check the sealing performance of the steel drum. First, the barrel is filled with compressed air, and the outer wall is filled with soapy water for leak detection.

The water washing machine uses the desalinated water to carry out the final cleaning of the inner cavity of the steel drum.

Shot blasting is used to blast the surface of the steel drum that needs to be repainted to allow the old paint to peel off and prepare for the new paint.

The automatic paint spraying machine is used for automatic painting of the steel drum, and the residual mist is sucked out by the defogging chamber to prevent environmental pollution.

The sewage treatment plant is used to treat used wastewater from washing tanks and production lines to meet national emission standards.

Fourth, the economic benefit analysis of the application of RETON-I old barrel recycling production line

The RETON-I old barrel recycling production line has a single shift production capacity of 200,000/year.

1) Clean the new barrel to ensure the quality of the steel drum packaging. Each cleaning fee is 15 yuan, and the cost of washing the barrel is 5 yuan each. Based on an annual output of 200,000, the annual profit will be 2 million yuan.

2) Renovate the old barrels and recycle an old barrel for about 25 yuan according to the Beijing price. After plastic cleaning, each can sell for 55 yuan. After deducting the cost, each can earn 25 yuan, calculated according to the annual output of 200,000. The annual profit can be 5 million yuan.

It is predicted that steel prices are still on the rise, so the price of steel drums will also rise, and the economic benefits of recycling and recycling of old barrels will inevitably become better and better.

The production line costs about 3.45 million yuan, with a total investment of about 5.4 million yuan and a construction area of ​​about 2,000 square meters.
