b. If there is no need to set 37 ~ C, the original setting is 26.5 ~ C, first press the function key "SET", then press the shift key "â—¢", move the cursor to the ten digits of the display, then press to add "â–³" , Make the ten-digit number rise from "2" to "3", after the ten-digit number is set, move the cursor to set the one-digit and quantile digits in sequence, so that the set temperature is displayed as 37 ~ C, press the function key "SET" "Confirm, the temperature setting is finished.
1.3 Upper limit tracking alarm setting
The product has been set to 10C high before leaving the factory, generally do not set it. If you need to reset, press the function key "SET" for 5 seconds, the meter enters the upper limit tracking alarm setting state "ALl", then press the shift key "â—¢" with the addition key "â–³" or the subtraction key "â–½", and finally press the function Confirm with "SET". The tracking alarm setting is completed.
1.4 Temperature display value correction
Since the products have been rigorously tested before leaving the factory, generally do not make corrections. If the environment when the product is used is not good, the outside temperature is too low or too high, it will cause the temperature display value and the actual temperature error in the box, if it exceeds the technical index range, it can be corrected. Specific steps: Press the function key "SET" for 5 seconds, the instrument enters the parameter setting cycle state "ALl", continue to press the function key "SET" to make "SC" correction, then press the shift key "" Press key "â–³" or minus key "â–½" to perform temperature correction. Finally press "SET" to confirm and the temperature display value correction is completed.
1.5 After setting, all data will be kept for a long time. At this time, the incubator enters the heating state, and the heating indicator lights. When the temperature in the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn on and off suddenly, repeatedly, the control enters the constant temperature state.
1.6 Open the inner and outer doors, put the articles to be cultured into the incubator, and close the inner and outer doors. If the inner and outer doors are opened for a long time, the temperature in the box will fluctuate, which is normal.
1.7 Select the incubation time as needed. After the incubation is completed, set the power switch to "0". If you do not take out the items immediately, please do not open the door.
1.8 If you have higher requirements for temperature control accuracy and fluctuation, you can use PID auto-tuning control. When the temperature in the box will reach the set temperature for the first time, first press the function key "SET" for 5 seconds, the meter enters the setting Set the cycle status "ALl", continue to press the SET key to make "display" ATU ", SV display" 00

2. Maintenance and care
2.1 The incubator shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use;
2.2 The incubator should be placed in a room with good ventilation conditions, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it;
2.3 The items in the box should not be over crowded, and space must be left;
2.4 The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean daily, and should be cleaned after each use. If you do n’t use it for a long time, you should cover the plastic dust cover and put it in a dry room;
2.5 The equipment administrator shall contact the measurement unit approved by CNAL for verification according to the verification plan, and save the measurement certificate. The device administrator regularly checks the temperature control.
